Virksomheden har introduceret ASM, HOSON og andre brancheførende fuldautomatiske støbebindinger, wire bonding og andet produktionsudstyr, vedtaget automatisk inspektionsudstyr, udviklet og forbedret LED-produktionsteknologi og har to fuldautomatiske stansnings- og svejseproduktionslinjer, flere SMT placeringsmaskiner, fuldautomatiske limpåfyldningsproduktionslinjer, fuldautomatiske filmlamineringsmaskiner, loddepasta-trykmaskiner, reflow-ovne og andre produktionslinjer.
